** the fine print:
1. Payments for referrals to be tendered upon the close of transaction from commissions earned by agents operating as the Moving to BC Real Estate Group at Oakwyn Realty LTD, where our agents are agents of record for referred Seller, or referred Buyer (yes, it also applies to Buyers you send our way).
2. Referral payments not to exceed 25% of gross commission earned (GCE). Where GCE is less than $4,000.00, referrer, and Seller or Buyer, shall each recieve 12.5% of GCE respectively.
3. Referrer and referred parties must make Moving To BC Real Estate Group aware of their desire to take us up on this offer AT THE TIME THE REFERRAL IS MADE.
